Account Alerts
Would you like to get a text and/or e-mail when your payroll is posted, when your account reaches a certain balance, when your debit card is used, or other helpful alerts. Just set up an alert in our ACCOUNT ALERTS. You can have alerts texted to your phone, sent to your e-mail, or both! You can even have a joint owner receive an alert by setting the alert for their phone or e-mail.
E-Statements
- Less Paper, Less Clutter. Receive less mail and help the environment.
- Quicker Statements. E-Statements are available on the first day of the new month.
- Notification. Receive an e-mail when e-statements are available to view. It is important that you keep your email address updated. You can update of email changes through Online Banking.
- Save Paper, Download your Statement. You don’t have to print your statement. We archive 24 months of statements, and you can download a PDF of your statement if you wish.

Bill Pay
Take the hassle out of paying your bills. You can schedule payments in advance, set up recurring monthly payments, and track payment history by signing up for Bill Pay.
VISA Online
Online access to your New South VISA credit card is conveniently integrated into our Online Banking system. Just sign into Online Banking and click on “VISA Credit Card Online”. You can view your credit card account details, sign up for VISA e-statements and even schedule payments on your New South VISA from any account at New South or another institution.
ATM Locator
New South has more FREE ATMs available to our members than any bank in the area. Through the Easy Street and MoneyPass networks, and Weigels, you have FREE access to over 2,500 ATMs nationwide! To locate the nearest Free ATM, go to the ATM LOCATOR.
Cleared Check Viewer
You can easily view or print a copy of any cleared check by viewing your history and clicking on the check number.
Order Checks: Need more checks? Sign in to Online Banking and click “Order Checks”. You can even confirm the status of a recent order.
Downloads
Do you use Microsoft Money or another software for reconciling your statement? If your program uses the OFX or CSV format, you can download your information from your online account. We do not support Quicken due to their discontinuing support this product soon.
